The company specialises also in organising large-scale events, especially international congresses.

MEETINGS MANAGEMENT is a publisher of the annual Conference Venues and Services Catalogue CONFERENCES IN POLAND AND BEYOND www.meetingspoland.pl (10th editions since 1998). The Catalogue serves as the most popular directory for all meeting planners in Poland and countries interested in this region.

Meetings Management is the organiser of the annual Warsaw Business Summitt consits of three events: Central European Economic Forum (www.opendays.pl), Central Eastern European Business Tourism Fair (www.btf.waw.pl) and ADRENALINA Events & Icentive Fair (www.adrenalina.waw.pl). More then 150 exhibitors and 5000 business visitors attends every year.

The company runs annual trainings for MICE industry professionals - the European Academy of Conference Organisers (10 editions).

MEETINGS MANAGEMENT is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), International Incentive Business Alliance (IIBA), European Federation of Association PCO (EFAPCO), British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, Polish Conference and Congresses Association and Warsaw Destination Alliance. The company co-operates with the EU Embassy in Warsaw, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affaires, Polish Tourism Organisation, as well as with major professional meetings industry international associations.

The founder and current President and CEO of MEETINGS MANAGEMENT is Slawomir Wroblewski who, in the years 1997-1999, was the European Union expert within the PHARE Programme, operated as the Business Tourism Brand Manager and was a member of the Advisory Board operating with the Minister for Economic Affairs & Labor and European Information Commissioner of the Republic of Poland. Slawomir Wroblewski is also the Secretary General of the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association.
