INFORMATION / NOTE IN POLISH CONGRESS AMBASSADOR - E-NEWSLETTER
Polish Congress Ambassador is an Internet bi-weekly business tourism newsletter sent to over 7500 addresses. Since June 2005 it is also available in English.
Polish Congress Ambassador receivers are:
professional conference organisers, tour operators and travel agencies (13%)
Human Resources / Training / Marketing Department employees, meeting planners form the biggest companies in Poland (21%)
training companies (7%)
hotel and conference venues owners (51%)
press (5%)
state-owned and local-government institutions, as well as Polish Tourist Information Centres abroad (3%).
On receivers' request it is possible to issue special editions. The content of the newsletter may be prepared by the Client or in co-operation with Meetings Management .
Placing information in the Polish Congress Ambassador newsletter costs 200 PLN per issue.
This presentation is free-of-charge one year after advertising in the "Conferences in Poland and Beyond" Catalogue. Venues may be searched by location, hall capacity, number of beds, equipment etc. Presentations include active links to venues' web sites. It is possible to order just a presentation in the database (for prices and details contact meetings@meetingspoland.pl).
B. TOP TEN LISTS
Meetings Management chooses the venues on its own and doesn't request any extra payment. Venues qualified to the TOP TEN list may order extended presentation or an active link (for prices and details contact meetings@meetingspoland.pl).
C. PUBLISHER'S RECOMMENDATION
Only 15 venues interested in obtaining "CONFERENCES IN POLAND" Catalogue PUBLISHER'S RECOMMENDATION will receive a multimedia card - an abridged version of the multimedia presentation. PUBLISHER'S RECOMMENDATION will be clearly marked on the venue's page in the printed Catalogue, on CD and on www.meetingspoland.pl. Within the multimedia card, the recommended venue will receive an interactive menu, three panoramas (one outside and two in inside) and possibility of placing general information concerning the venue. Maximum capacity of the presentation is 10 MB. To receive PUBLISHER'S RECOMMENDATION it is compulsory to order a photo session by the Publisher's Representative, deliver a text describing the venue's values (format: WORD, language: English <Polish appreciated>, up to 2000 characters with spaces each). The Publisher is free to establish a uniform design of the multimedia card for each recommended venue and limit proof-readings to two. The cost of inspection, recommendation, marking the page in the printed Catalogue and on the CD, as well as publishing in the Internet for 12 months is only 3000 PLN + 22% VAT (3660 PLN gross price). Apart from the multimedia card venues interested in the additional forms of promotion may book a visit of the Publisher's Representative in order to prepare a digital venue visualisation in the form of multimedia presentation.
